Natalie is an artist from East Tennessee. She is inspired by the traditional handcraft techniques that she learned from her grandmother, like sewing, knitting, and smocking. Natalie takes various elements from those traditions, whether they are aesthetic qualities or specific processes, and translates them into other materials that aren't associated with those crafts. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
